- You can adopt a new pet onto a current account by logging into your Parent's Account, clicking on the name of the child who wants to adopt the new pet, and then clicking "Adopt New Pet." You'll be taken through a few steps required to adopt the new pet.
- How do I start a new account?
- To start a new account for a child, just go to the Parent's Area and log into your account. Click "Add a New Account" to add a new child's account. To add a new child's account, you'll need a Webkinz plush pet for that child to adopt. There is a limit of 4 children's accounts per Parent's Account.
- How do I add a pet to an old account?
- To add a new pet to a previously created account, just go to the Parent's Area, log into your account, and then click on the name of the child who will be adopting the new pet. Follow the simple steps to adopt the new pet.
- How do I change my Parent's Account info?
- Just log into your Parent's Account and then click "Parent's Settings." One of your options will be to change your info.
- How do I change my child's account info?
- While you cannot change your child's username, you can change their password. To do this, log into your Parent's Account and then click on the name of the child whose password you'd like to change. Click "Manage [name]'s Account" and you'll be able to change your child's password.
- Can I move a child's account to new Parent's Account?
- When a child's account is associated with a Parent's Account, there is no way to remove the child's account or change the affiliation to another Parent's Account.
- Can I associate a child's account with more than one Parent's Account?
- Each child's account can only be associated with one Parent's Account.
- How do I adjust levels?
- There are four levels in most activities in Webkinz Jr. (early preschool, preschool, kindergarten, enriched kindergarten). If you ever want to change the level at which your child is playing an activity, just click the Levels button. You will then be able to adjust the levels using a series of sliders. You can switch levels as often as your child needs to — we're monitoring every activity and game they play, regardless of the level at which they're playing. You can also access this area via the "Options" button when logged into a Webkinz Jr. account.
- How can I get a Parent's Account?
- When you adopted your first Webkinz Jr. plush pet, you created a Parent's Account. To get to that account, just go to the homepage and click on "Parent's Account". You'll be prompted to log in.
- How do I add kids to my Parent's Account?
- To add a child to your Parent's Account, just log into your Parent's Account and then choose "Add a New Account". You'll be taken through the steps required to add a new child (and a new Webkinz Jr. plush) to your account. Please note that in order to add a new child's account to your Parent's Account, you need to have a Pet Code.
- How do I remove kids from my Parent's Account?
- There is no way to remove kids from your Parent's Account. When a child's account is associated with a Parent's Account, there is no way to change affiliation or remove the child's account.
- How do I move kids from my Parent's Account to another Parent's Account?
- When a child's account is associated with a Parent's Account, there is no way to remove the child's account or change the affiliation to another Parent's Account.
- What happens if I forget my username or password?
- If you forget your username or password, just click "I forgot my username or password"under the Login button for the Parent's Area (if your child forgot their username or password, click the "I forgot my username or password"link under the Login button). Your (or your child's) username and password will be emailed to the account you provided to us when you initially registered.
